FAQ's

You’ve got more questions. I’ve got more answers!

How many photos can we expect in our wedding gallery?

I cannot provide an exact number of photos you will receive in your wedding gallery, I can assure you that it will fall within industry standards. Each wedding day is unique, and the final count may vary based on the specific moments captured.

Does a wedding package include a second photographer?

A second photographer is included if you book 6+ hours.

Are travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel fees may apply if shooting more than 45km from my home base, Beamsville, ON. The price per kilometer is $0.62/km

How long does it take to receive our collection?

I try my best to deliver all collections as soon as possible. Weddings typically take 4-9 weeks, whereas portrait sessions can take between 2-4 weeks. All of your photos will be delivered through an online gallery that can be shared with family and friends.

Do you shoot with a dual slot camera?

Yes! Rest easy knowing that all your images are safe and secure.

How would you describe your style?

True to colour, film and nostalgic vibes. A balanced mix of both candid moments and posed portraits.

Does Super 8 film video record sound?

No, most Super 8 film cameras record video only without sound.

How long will it take to receive our finished Super 8mm film, and what type of packages do you offer?

Turnaround times are up to the local film lab. Generally it takes about 3-6 weeks. We offer 2-8 hour wedding packages. Please inquire for more detailed pricing.

Can you capture Super 8mm film at any venue?

Yes! But there are some important considerations regarding venue lighting that you should be aware of.

Film sensitivity - Super 8mm film has varying sensitivities (ISO ratings) meaning it captures light differently. Film requires more light. If a venue has dim lighting, the film may not perform well.

Unlike digital footage, film has limited capabilities for post production adjustments. If you're choosing this as a standalone service or add-on to your photography consider this option carefully.
